His Ultimate Weapon.
“I’ve got you now, Drakken!” Kim Possible shouted, as she disabled the last of the DoomBots (MKII), and spun around, glaring at the doctor. Shego was laying on her back, dazed by the Ron’s accidental activation of the Stun Ray (MK IV).
“I think…she’s got us, Dr. D.” Shego said, shaking her head.
“No!” Drakken roared, pulling a small box out of his pocket. “You may have defeated my plan, but you’ll not take me… in fact, you’ll leave right now!”
“OH, really?” Kim asked, folding her arms. “This is gonna be good.”
“More doombots?” Ron asked.
“More synthodrones?” Kim continued. “As if. We’ve handled them all…”
“But not this!” Drakken replied, fumbling with the box, now revealed to be a celphone. “Now, where is her number….here it is.”
Her number?
“You see, Kimberly Anne Possible, you’ve forgotten the date—tomorrow begins your State Mandated Academic Tests…” Kim blinked.
“So…” Drakken cut her off with an upraised hand.
“Hello!” He said brightly. “Andrea, it’s Dr. Drakken.”
He’s calling mom?
“He’s calling your mom?” Ron asked. Rufus hid. Then Drakken frowned.
“Yes, my legal name is Lipsky…but I really prefer Dr. Drakken… sigh. Yes, This is Drew Lipsky.” He paused, “Anyway, you do know that it’s three AM your time… Oh, you do? You did? You were? Tell James I’m sorry…. But you do know your daughter is two time zones away, and even if she left right now, she would barely make back in time for school.”
“No WAY!” Kim said, “You’re trying to… well it won’t-“ Drakken was holding out the phone.
“She wants to speak to you.” Kim glared at him.
“Mom, he’s just trying to escape-but…but….”
“No! I mean, we’ve got him…”
“I know they’re important for my college records…”
“I…no… for a whole week?”
“But he’s evil, I can’t…”
“No, I’m not backtalking.”
“Yes, I’ll come home right now.”
“Yes, I’ll ask him.” Kim’s shoulders slumped. Turning to Drakken she held out the celphone and started speaking in a fast voice.
“Momwantsmehomerightnowandcouldweborrowyourstealthjetplease?”
“Why certainly!” Drakken said, and taking the phone spoke into it.
“They’ll be home in an hour…and thank you. I always consider education to be a very important part of a child’s upbringing.” Kim was turning red now. Drakken held out the keys for her as he turned the phone off.
“Do you need a henchman to drive you?”
“No, we’ve got it. Come on, Ron…” She turned and walked out, feet dragging. Ron glared at Drakken.
“Dude, that was such a violation of Villain Ethics…. I should report you.” With that, he followed the defeated heroine.
“Sidekicks right…” Shego said, shaking her head. “What was so important that you did that?”
“This!” He shouted, looking at a pile of parts.
“A doomsday bomb, mind control device?”
“No…. worse.”
“Worse?”
“Mother bought a toy for one of her friend’s children… and I have to put it together. It said “some assembly required”, but if I had been forced to deal with Kim Possible, I would never get it together!”
“You did that…for a toy?”
“Yes, hand me the instructions, the Taiwanese/English dictionary, and the advil.” Drakken paused, “Now, slot A into Tab B…but there is no tab B!”
The End.
