Well so far my current KP fanfic seems to be going well (it has around 42 reviews, though I've seen some with 100, and over 8,400 hits), but I have a lot of KP fanfics in mind, don't know when I'd start 'em, but I will sooner or later. These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
(Title in Progress): It's been over 15 years since Kim Possible was last seen, after the horrific accident she disappeared from all known contact. Though some believe she's alive, many fear she is dead or retired. Without their promised hero and a corrupt mayor and police system, Middleton begins to fall into shambles. But hope is over the horizon, a hardened woman who promises she will free the citizens of their tyranny.
Uncontrollable Madness: Anger cannot be contained, it can only be stored until it finds a way to seep out from the crevices. Ron Stoppable: Loveable Sidekick, beloved friend, caring boyfriend, at first glance he is an ideal citizen. But deep inside him an anger is lurking, growing, aching to be set free. After an unspeakable event, his anger is released in the form of an alternate persona. Slowly becoming dominant with each passing day, he is forced to do things he could never bring himself to do. Though Kim is always there to help him, only Ron can tame the uncontrollable madness inside him.
Those Crimson Eyes: Kim Possible, international hero extroadanaire, the unstoppable teen hero from the small town Middleton. Along with her sidekick Ron Stoppable, they have overcome numerous challenges and obstacles. But is she really unstoppable? Just how great is she? How is her strength measured? One woman is determined to figure this out. Will Kim overcome her perplexing challenges, or will she fail like the rest? More than reputations are on the line.
The untold story of Tiffany Anne Possible: As Kim rummages through her attic on a rainy day, she finds an old picture burried under tons of old junk. Confused of never seeing this relative, she consults with her dad to find out more about this woman. As Kim hears the story of the strange woman freeing a western town from bandits, she begins to wonder if this is how everything started.

You have some good ideas.
If you are going to do any of these I would like to see the Tiffany Anne Possible story. The others are based off of premises that are pretty widely done in the KP fandom. However, that doesn't mean that an excellently written story wouldn't be a nice addition.

Wow, I had no idea. But then again, I'm new to the 'Fandom' of KP, so I don't know of all the ideas that have been used.

Wow, I had no idea. But then again, I'm new to the 'Fandom' of KP, so I don't know of all the ideas that have been used. I haven’t been into KP fanfiction for very long myself. I actually avoided them for the most part for quite some time. However, in the last few months I have started skimming through them looking for good stories, and I have noticed a few pretty common trends in fanfictions, ones that I am going to try and avoid in my own just for variety’s sake. Let me point out what elements in your ideas that I have seen commonly so that you can make a more informed decision. In the last few months I think that I have seen at least a half a dozen stories where Ron, Kim, or both disappear for an extended period of time. Generally, things start to fall apart in varying degrees and then whomever left returns, generally much more powerful and angsty, and fixes things to varying degrees. Of your ideas this one holds the least appeal to me. Another common element in many, many fanfictions is that Ron has a dark side that he must contend with. I don’t mind this nearly as much and actually find this as being an idea that I have found creeping its way into several of my ideas itself. We all have dark sides, and kids who endure what Ron tends to at school will tend to have more repressed anger then most. I do have to say that the alternate persona isn’t something that I have seen done in KP. However, it was a somewhat common staple in the Ranma fandom, and it takes an incredibly deft touch to pull off convincingly. This one is to my knowledge the second least commonly done of all presented. However, I have read a few stories where a villain breaks from the usual mode and confronts Kim on an intellectual and emotional level. Sadly, I wasn’t very impressed with any of them. All of the stories reduced the existing character’s intelligence to achieve their challenges. The characters did things and overlooked things that Chippy in a coma would have never done. This one would be hard to write, but after going back and looking at all of these ideas again it might be the best of all ideas if it can be pulled off. There is one more problem with a story like this. The story’s rating will almost assuredly have to climb. When you start trying to break a person mentally instead of physically there is little slapstick to be had to reduce the angst. Physical fighting can be made humorous, mental combat seldom ever can be since in that combat involves the insecurities that lie within all of us are brought to the forefront and laid open for all to see, attacked in ways that we all fear. It is easy to disassociate from physical pain when the combatants are leaping around and doing things that no one ever could, it is much harder when the battles are fought in territory that we all hold. I have never seen a fanfiction dealing primarily with one of Kim’s ancestors. I am sure that there are a few out there, but they are not as common as many of your other ideas. Anyway, as an English teacher once told me, “There are only 26 stories ever told. All stories are simply one of these stories told in different places with different people. So the secret to writing a good story is to take one of those stories and make it your own.” This is a paraphrase more then a quote, but the sentiment is still true. It is neigh impossible to tell a completely original story, so don’t worry so much about that. Find what you want to write about and then make it your own by adding your own unique little twist here and there. One final piece of advise that I will give is to let the words of Orson Scott Card from Elements of Fiction Writing: Characters & Viewpoint guide you as you write. I read this every time before I write, and I ask myself these questions as I write. I have found that it helps me tremendously. I have also found that when I give up on a fanfiction it is almost invariably because the author habitually failed to adequately answer one or more of these basic questions. I hope that this helps, and I look forward to reading what you write.

Wow, a very well thought out intelligent reply my friend. This really helps on a lot of levels, sometimes I refrain myself from scanning through a lot of the KP fanfics at FF.net, cuz a lot of them revolve around common ideas like KimxRon, Kigo, death fics, ShegoxDrakken and future stories of a pairing's children and so on, though I'm not saying that all of 'em suck, some of them are well told, but it's a common topic. But I have read a handful of stories that really caught my attention, the diamonds in the rough that stand out from the other ones.
But thanks, this'll help me when I write any more future ideas.

I am glad that you found this helpful. As for the common elements. Well, I agree with most of them, but I actually love KimxRon. It has to be an exceptionally written story for me to complete it if it isn't Kim and Ron together, not necessarily romantically but at least not involved romantically with others. To me, KP was always really about Kim and Ron's relationship. The rest was just filler and story. So a good fanfiction should develop that main story. But that is just me.

When I have a story idea, I write a story. Plot sketches by themselves, well, an intriguing idea may make a bad story, and a hackneyed idea may make a good one. It all depends on how well it falls together, how much it illuminates the characters, how memorable the good lines might be.
"Uncontrollable Madness" sounds a lot like "Bad Boy," at first hearing. I'm more inclined to believe what you said is lurking inside Kim, if anyone, but that's just me. "Those Crimson Eyes" reminds me of Dr. Director. I could see her doing something like this, for some reason. "Tiffany," well, "Rewriting History" in the 1870s, maybe. This isn't to say any of these ideas aren't good-- they are, or the KP production staff wouldn't have tried similar ones, not to mention whichever other fanfics. It's all about how well you can do them.

Listen everybody, I have some fanfiction ideas if anyboy wants to write them out. I would do it myself, but I'm not very good at writing out stories.Plus I don't where I could even write it out anyways. So if anybody has some free time and would like to write out my ideas that would be great. I'm just going to put one idea on here and let me know if ya'll like it and would like to write it out ok.
(This one would take place after STD).Three years later after the night of the prom Kim and Ron got married, and as the years go by the two have a boy and a girl(the boy would be the oldest and ya'll can name them if you want).Kim and Ron never told their children about how they used to be Team Possible. Instead they decided to keep it a secret. But then one day, Kim and Ron have to go on one last misson, and with (boy child) ten years of age and (girl child) 8 years of age have to stick with a babysitter until their parents come back. The children notice there's a helicopter in their front yard, and they see their parents going in it and so they decide to sneek in and follow their parents. Too bad they don't know the dangers that lie ahead of them.(Later on Kim and Ron would find their children in the helicopter, and it would be too late to turn back around so then they tell their children the truth).
(Plus if there is anyone who wants to write this out while your writing it I would like a few scenes where the brother and sister argue, please).
So do ya'll like the idea? Let me know if one of ya'll would like to write it out.

I am sorry, but I have never been real wild about stories dealing with Ron and Kim's kids. I also do not think that they would keep the truth from their children. Why should they?
I am not saying that it doesn't have potential. Just that I don't believe in the idea enough to be capable of doing the story justice. For a person to write well they have to believe in it.

"Uncontrollable Madness" sounds a lot like "Bad Boy" at first hearing. Actually, to me, it sounds a lot like what "Bad Boy" should have been. (Perhaps, that's why I find the episode so unpalatable.) Of course, the show could never go so dark. We all have dark sides, and kids who endure what Ron tends to at school will tend to have more repressed anger then most. In the interest of full disclosure, I also had a bad time of it in school. I was able to latch on to Ron, because I see so much of myself in him. I've dealt with a lot of repressed anger in my life, though, thankfully, I've never once expressed it physically. (Verbally is a horse of a different color.) Ron may be 'the nicest guy ever'; the 'water off a duck's back' type, but given what he's gone through at the hands of some of the other characters (and the writers, let's face it), it is simply unthinkable to imagine him not having some deep-seeded issues. I said it at DeviantArt and I'm saying it here: this would make a magnificent story and I can't wait to read it.

I'm glad you decided to start that one first, I like it when Ron gets portrayed darker than in the series. Hope you update soon.
