I'm going to hold off on the vote till I get a question answered.
Is he still dating Kim?
This isn't the crazy K/R in me but a rule I got concering OC. Unless their being used to drive a plot where two cannon characters get together I personally think its a bad idea to have a OC date a cannon character. Especially a major one like Kim. Anyway that's the point of that.
As for him in general he sounds interesting.
