MMMM... Smoking is very tacky nowadays, and the last cartoon character I remember seeing smoking (I THINK) was Jessica Rabbit in WFRR. I may be mistaken, but wasn't she dragging on a butt through a LOOOONG cig holder in one scene?

But on broadcast TV, Fred and Barney were out back of Fred's house tokin' up on Winstons in an actual Winston cigarette commercial. "Winston tastes good like a cigarette should!"
The ads were banned from TV and magazines WAY back in 1971, and Fred and Barney puffed their last.

I vaguely remember a Hannah-Barbera cartoon where Boo-Boo gets caught by Yogi and "Mr. Ranger, Sir" smoking some cigarettes somewhere, and Yogi severely admonishes him about the dangers of smoking.
This could have been a PSA short or an 11 minute eppie, I don't remember so well.

I think Mr Dr. P may have smoked a pipe in his college days, I could see that, but he gave it up when his Kimmie-cub was born. Or when Mrs, Dr. P found out she was expecting.

Duff Smokes! Yup! That's why he wants to cover the world in GRASS!

Duff has to smoke, listen to his voice. And if you think about it, when that fertilizer gets into a greenhouse in Canada growing some of that Canadian Redhair... HOLY COW, we're talking a lot of "grass".

I'm almost certain that Motor Ed either smokes or chews (he definitely drinks, no questions about that one). Adrena might have picked up smoking after she was revealed to be a fraud. SSS might enjoy a pipe on occasion, SSJ would choke and gag if he was even near a cigarette. Let's see, who else, oh yeah, Monkey Fist doesn't smoke but might drink Saki (sp?) or rice wine.
