I'd like to apologize to everyone (well, anyone who's been reading it anyway) for my tardiness in updating "No Man Knows My Story." After the last chapter my inspiration has sort of dried up. Then the house was utter chaos due to some home improvement, and now I'm having sporadic computer trouble which means sometimes my computer boots up and sometimes it doesn't. And I'm not going to be able to take it to the shop for repairs until the weather improves (schools were canceled today).
I haven't forgotten. Things are just iffy here at the moment, and I'm waiting for inspiration to strike again. Please be patient!

Just did a word search ... so Ron's last words in the chapter were Hebrew, not Klingon. Well ... given his interest, as well as his religion, either possibility could be in-character...  |

Ron was praying for Ned's recovery. Klingon would not be appropriate for this, and Ned would certainly not respond "amen" to something in Klingon. |

Hi all.
I'm happy to announce that at long last I'm working on this story again. I don't know how long it will take to get the next chapter up and I'm making no predictions, but I did want to let you all know that at least I'm actually typing on it again.
Hope I don't screw it up.

Read it. Interesting past you gave Ned, though it does take away from the mystery. And sorry for mistaking Ned's Hebrew for possible Klingon.  |

The point of the story is to reveal a little about Ned, and that he is actually a quite exceptionable figure whom everyone has taken for granted. As The Biography Channel says, "everyone has a story." No one in Middleton would have guessed Ned's. I hope the story gives some comfort to the real life "Neds" of the world. If I recall, all Ned said was "'amen." That's Klingon? Thank you for reading the story. |
