Highly debateable in which order to view them. Everyone has their own way.
1. Tick Tick Tick -- First episode with Shego, Drakken, and Professor Icari. Also tells the location of Drakken's lair. First episode with MHS cheerleaders, Ned, and diablo sauce. Steve Barkin has blond hair. First mention of Camp Wannaweep. Drakken is arrested at the very end.
2. Number One -- This gives Drakken time to escape. First episode Duff Killigan, Dr. Director, Global Justice, Big Daddy Brotherson, and his bodyguard.
3. Bueno Nacho -- First appearance of Drakken's henchmen, and Club Banana merchandise. Kim gets the grappling hook hair dryer. First mention of the J200 rocket fuel. First time Ron eats something and it's non-kosher (bacony dog biscuit).
4. Crush -- Introduces Josh Mankey, Brittina, and Nakasumi-San. First appearance of kissy girl lip gloss, electronic binoculars, and Wade's mother. First time Kim and Ron get jealous over them dating other people.
5. Royal Pain -- Angry about getting locked in the closet for the spirit dance, Ron turns on Kim and befriends Prince Wally. First appearance of Brick Flag and reporter Tricia Lebowski. Last episode where Steve Barkin has blond hair.
6. Attack Of The Killer Bebes -- Kim and Ron's relationship is damaged from the events of Crush and Royal Pain. Some repair work is done. First episode with Ron as the MHS mad dog. First episode with the bebe robots, Mr. Possible's car, and Professor Ramesh. (Bob Chen does not appear in any other episodes). Also has backstory about Mr. Possible and Drew Lipski.
Well, there's a start. Others might disagree with me on this. But it's how I view them in order.

The best way to approach this is probably to go with production order, bearing in mind that based on internal clues, some pairs should be reversed, i.e. "Tick Tick Tick," in which Kim first meets Drakken and Shego, must come before "Bueno Nacho," in which Wade already calls Drakken Kim's arch-foe.
A few episodes, in particular "Downhill," and "A Very Possible Christmas," pose particular problems because they're tied to seasons that can't be happening anytime near their place in production order. These we're even disagreeing about what year they should belong in.
"Showdown at Crooked D" would potentially have the same problem, but internal references to other adventures make it pretty clear that this one belongs in summer vacation just before "A Sitch in Time."

I don't like to make a big deal out of production order. Unless somebody tells me certain shows came before others that I know otherwise. For instance, I've heard that Bueno Nacho, Crush, and Tick, Tick, Tick all taking credit as the first episode.
Tick Tick Tick introduces Drakken. Bueno Nacho is when Kim gets the grappling hook. Crush is when she uses it. Other things are more obvious. Number One has to come before October 31st. Monkey Fist Strikes must come before Monkey Ninjas In Space. And some things are less obvious, such as Nakasumi-San's thanking Kim for saving his video game factory in A Very Possible Christmas; a subtle reference to Crush.
But one of the best things about Kim Possible is that you can watch just about any episode (with the exception of Gorilla Fist and maybe Exchange), and still enjoy them. Figuring out a production order can come later.
