Eventually... I think. Since Robert Iger was in charge a lot of Disney DVD season boxed sets has been released such as Duck Tales, etc. We'll just have to wait and see.

I heard on the SDS Podcast that they weren't planning on releasing any more DVD's. I highly doubt it, but SDS is fighting to get them, and we all know that when the KP fans start fighting, it's only a matter of time until they drive Disney insane and force them to do what the fans say.

Hardly doubt it. none of the animation from Disney make into DVD box sets. (gargoyles, Dark Wing Duck, Quack Pack and etc)
Why would Kim will be any different?

They have released Box sets for some of there older shows (wasn't Gargoyles one of them?). If fans pressure, they'll give in.
If they don't...we can always download them here!

They've put out the first two seasons of Gargoyles. I've seen the Ducktales one. There was a Lizzy Maguire season one set. Chip 'N Dale. I think that's all of them.

Chip n Dale like totally rocked...seriously ;D if theres a way to put episodes on here, i have "emotion sickness", "the truth hurts", "stitch in time movie", "kimitation nation" and "STD" on my computer if people want them... but yeh i got a reply from gregory isaac, co-webmaster of savedisneyshows.org saying:: "We're making another assault on Disney about Box sets next week during SDS week. So we'll still working on it. "

Without Eisner in charge, there's hope.

I suspect a decision on boxed sets may depend on the success of the iTunes distribution. If people aren't paying to download episodes, Disney may assume that there isn't sufficient demand and decide to forgo phyiscal distribution. Remember: iTunes distribution involves no fixed costs for Disney; DVDs do. And at the end of the day, the question Disney has to answer is: is this the best way for us to spend money to make more money.

But episodes for the computer already exist (then you can convert them to mp4 and load them on your iPod video), how'd this happen is anybody's guess. There's no doubt that there will be a few people who will buy the episodes through iTunes. But Disney will get a bigger crowd if they just released them on DVD like a normal company. It'll happen, in due time... I hope. I'm still hoping that Disney makes a Kim Possible's history coffee table book.
