Ashley, yeah, I'm a little OCD with organization... And I can adapt well, I hope members here can, too. Lol. Fusion, yeah, it is a little different, but basically it's like... If you have something general about KP to say (that's not a character discussion or an episode review), you go to the KP general board. If you just have something general to say, you go to the General Conversation... If you have something to say about yourself, it goes into the Member's section. Because just like people are annoyed with Ask me threads or current event threads taking up the General Conversation, people can be annoyed with threads about member's personal life, life stories, or whatever. Lol. But anyway, like I said, it can be reversed or tweaked. I'm OCD, let's see what happens, LOL. That's how i am! I'm OCD! If I have like hot chocolate, i have to have an EVEN amount of marshmallows. And I always read fro the back to the front of a magazine. Anywho, I like the changes a lot! Now I don't have to go scrolling in different boards to look for something! ;D

It makes sense that the "Ask Me" threads, personal threads, and Introductions are all in the same place, IMO. Great idea.

hmmm...I have to say that I like this a bit better (except maybe the intros, but meh it's okay). Seems that this will help relieve some of the clutter. Nice work!

Great job Serge!!
My only concerns at this point are the titles of the Gen section. I like Gen Kp Discussion, but Gen Chatter needs a better name. I suggested "off-topic" cuz several other forums have that, but that was met with some resistance. What other names can you think of? I think two "General" lobbies is too confusing. We need a more unique title there.
EDIT: Ooooh. Just saw where introductions are now located. Yeah, I agree that is too hidden. Can we change the name of the OTHER STUFF board to MEMBERS BOARD and then pop the INTRODUCTIONS forum out into the main page area above LINKS?

'Introductions' should be moved back to where it was originally, IMO. And 'General Kim Possible Discussion' should be renamed 'Kim Possible Discussion' and put under 'General Conversation' instead of over it. Just my two cents.

Other than that I'm feeling happy with the redesign

The names don't bother me, and I just don't like the word 'Off-Topic' to be used in a board name.
And about the Introductions board, that was a last minute move only because with The Members' Section, Introductions falls into that group, if you look at the organization as a whole. A person's first post doesn't have to be an Intro Board, and if the person is really htere to stay, they'll look around, see a place that's for them to talk about themsleves, then click, then see an intro board, and go and post there if they have not.
If i move the Intro board back it'll be no big deal, but the reason I kept it was to keep alike boards in the right categories, and like I said, this isn't a 'How it is, now complain and you might convince me to change it' run, but a test run to see how it goes.

That may be true, but the idea of an introduction board is for members to welcome that member as well. When its on the front page and I'm just scanning the forums for new threads, I can see at a glance someone has joined and I can click and post in there welcoming them. If its hidden in a sub board, I have to dig to see who joined and the liklihood of many reg members welcoming a newbie goes waaay down. That may not be a good thing.

You consider 'digging' to be clicking one more time than normal to find where it is? Lol. This is the internet, it's pretty instant.
[Edit] But it's no problem, I can move it back at some time.

Well to me the only thing that disturbs me about this is the lead admins being in odds with each other, and I dont think this is very good for the membership to see.

Well to me the only thing that disturbs me about this is the lead admins being in odds with each other, and I dont think this is very good for the membership to see. We aren't at odds. I was just trying to give some feedback opinions to see if the membership was in agreement or not. Sometimes we ask for feedback and the membership kind of glosses over. However, if an opinion is posted that sparks some interest, we can get some healthy feedback. I sent Serge a PM just prior to you posting this worrying that we may be "appearing" to be at odds. So, its certainly ironic you posted this right after I sent that. Rest assured, its nothing but love with the staff.

I'm with Dracko about the intro board needing to be in the open. Actually, I'm against sub-boards almost entirely, but I've explained that in depth in the past.

Serge has a thought! Serge will investigate it further.
[Edit] I did a little tweaking on the main page. Better?
