You never answered Nabusan's question about fanart/videos Why so I didn't. I've only recently begun connecting with the enormous web culture that has sprung up around this show. So far, I've limited myself to forums like this one.

I saw the first movie -- the first first movie that is -- something like 11 times in the theatres when it first came out. I like the movie, and think it's superior to everything Lucas did afterwards with that universe. My sneaking suspicion is that he figured he had only one shot at that world, and he had to make it count. A thing like that tends to focus and strengthen the creative decision making. I loved reading this! It's exactly how I feel.

Isn't this web culture of Kp fun?
Just don't read the fics.
I've been psychologically scarred by the bad ones...

Oh come on, The Da Vinci Code wasn't bad. It was a very good book. Plus, the fact that a bunch of Christians have their feathers ruffled because of it makes it all the more better.

Yeah. I guarentee you that nobody would be into Harry Potter if it wasn't for the psychos who declare it evil.

lol, I'm one of those rare people who read it before the church bashed it.

And I researched the stuff that upset the church, dismissed it as trivial and ignored both the book and the movie (DaVinci, that is) Harry, I love. Any who bash it have missed it's theme.

Yeah. I guarentee you that nobody would be into Harry Potter if it wasn't for the psychos who declare it evil. I read it long before people were up in arms about it, same with Da Vinci Code. Unlike those that oppose these books, I have what is called "willing suspension of disbelief". Harry Potter is a great kids story about magic, growing up, and friends. Da Vinci was just a good mystery/suspence novel (very fictional as well). When I was little I watched Cinderella, Snow White, The Little Mermaid, etc... of Disney shows that involved magic and I turned out ok. And I remember sitting for hours reading Nancy Drew, The Hardy Boys, and the Boxcar Mysteries, and they didn't twist me into some type of freak. So I don't see what the big deal about these new stories are.

Da Vinci was just a good mystery/suspence novel If you want a good suspense novel with a religious angle, try "The Gemini Contenders" by Robert Ludlum, or "The Assassini" by Thomas Gifford.
