If you were attacked by a giant chocolate bunny, what would you do?

Would you ever threaten the giant chocolate bunny?

Hmm, that depends. Can I beam microwave beams from space onto the giant chocolate bunny, causing him to melt into a pool? That way we can take the immobilized giant strawberry fiends and dip them into the giant liquid chocolate bunny, and have a tasty picnic!

I feel like I should ask you something, since you've asked me stuff. But I'm not good with questions.
Hmm...Why "spacefreak"?

It comes from my astronomy background. I just love studying the stars, planets, and cosmos in general, and I find it all fascinating. Heck, yesterday I had the privilege of going on a VIP tour of the NASA Goddard facilities. OMG that engineering building is so huge, and the people there really love their jobs, I'm jealous.

So you'd like to work at NASA then? *Dies* That would kick ass. Then again, so would any job with renewable energy or experimental fusion energy in the DOE (Dept. of Energy). Although I hear France has a nice little project called ITER that I wouldn't mind taking a pilgrimage to visit.

Greatest actor of the 20th century and why. Meh, I've never really paid much attention to the acting world, but I'll go with Tom Hanks. He's supported a lot of great causes and is able to do (with ease mind you) both childrens's films and much darker, serious tones. And to be honest, he doesn't like to stir up controversy or be the center of attention unless the attention is given to him. He just does his thing and goes about his life privately as he can.

1. How often do you brush your teeth? 2. Are you photogenic? 3. Do you dread picture days? 4. Do you have a cell phone? If yes, what kind? If no, are you planning on purchasing one? 5. Have you had/have braces? 6. Do you use deodorant and/or perfume? 7. Do you mostly cook for yourself, or settle for some fast food take-out? 8. How long are you planning to stay on RS.net? 9. Would you be a Club Banana (Banana Republic, Hollister, etc.) shopper or a Smarty Mart (Wal Mart, K-Mart, Target, etc.) shopper? Tell the TRUTH. 10. Favorite Bueno Nacho food? (Chimmuritos, nacos, ....)

usually once a day
Do you mean photographic memory? Eh, to some degree.
Not really, I just stopped caring about the whole deal about it
Yeah, I finally got one in January through Verizon.
Had them back in middle school. Unfortunately, I kept losing the retainers, so it hardly looks like it now.
Deodorant, yes. Perfume, no, I'm a guy. I think you mean cologne, and no, not usually.
*Sigh* fast food, since I'm usually on the run around campus or on my way home. I really do need to stop that.
I dunno, how long do people want me here?
Depends on what I am getting. For clothes, I'll hit up JCP or Kohl's or something. For everyday items, Target and K-Mart are fine (I go to Wal-Mart, but I feel guilty everytime I walk in there)
They don't have chicken quesidillas there, do they?

Would you be truly happy ruling the word?

Probably not. I'd much rather try teaching the world, helping to try to overcome indifference. Maybe its naivity, but I truly fail to see how there can be such hatred towards people of different races, religions, sexual orientations, socioeconomic classes, and all that. People are people, no matter what they look like, where they come from, or what they believe.

After that above post, I suppose so. Despite my rather pessimistic childhood and adolescence, I now try to look optimistically on the world, but I also try to use logic, reason, and common sense to support my ideas.
However, I also do not believe on imposing my ideas on others. If they are willing to listen to them, I will say my ideas and state why I believe in them. If the other person argues their point effectively enough to convince me, I will gladly take their advice and idea into consideration and learn from it. But I despise people who go on boards or even IRL who walk up to a person, start throwing out their opinions, and either do not support their ideas, or are disrespectful and will not allow the other person to defend their own beliefs.

Don't we all? I decided sometime ago that people who act that way are probably insecure in their own beliefs.

Agreed. I encourage debate, so long as each person remains respectful of the viewpoints of the other. I see debates as a way to either find your ground in your own beliefs, or to share your beliefs with others in a way of teaching. But the moment that a person begins to attack the other person and not their ideas, the debate is over. It then turns into a flame war, which I see as pointless. You cannot learn anything in a flame war, other than to simply walk away and do something more constructive with your time.

I read an awesome article the other week by this local preacher who basically said that debates are important for your beliefs, but that so many people lose sight of that and refuse to learn.
