Nacospeak hurls computer through window
A Nacospeak man who startled his neighbours when he hurled his computer out of the window in the middle of the night, was let off for disturbing the peace by police who sympathised with his technical frustrations.
China Limits Teenage Internet Gaming
The Chinese government has launched a campaign to limit the number of hours teenagers spend online playing games. Uh oh, if they restrict teenagers from online gaming, how is anyone in China going to get pregnant?
Under new rules that took effect Monday, Chinese Internet gaming companies must install a program that requires users to enter their ID card numbers. After three hours, players under 18 are prompted to stop and "do suitable physical exercise."

RIAA Ordered To Cover Defendant's Legal Fees
The RIAA, after suffering a string of high profile loses in court and other legal setbacks, was just ordered to pay $70,000 in legal fees for someone they tried (unsuccessfully) to sue. Now that is funny!
Until Monday's ruling in this case, called Capitol v. Foster, the Recording Industry Association of America had never been ordered to pay attorneys' fees as part of its ongoing battle against allegedly illicit file swapping, according to attorney Ray Beckerman, who has been tracking such suits at the blog Recording Industry vs The People.

Criminals Using Botnet To Attack iPhone Buyers
Researchers at PandaLabs have issued a warning to iPhone users about the new Aifone.A bot Trojan that is making the rounds.
Looking to buy an iPhone? Beware that the Web site you think you're visiting actually may be a phony site set up to empty your bank account instead of sell you a new iPhone.

Microsoft Copy Protection Cracked Again?
Hackers have released a new version of the FairUse4M program that strips copy protection from your music so it can be copied and shared at will.
The latest version of the FairUse4M program, which can crack Microsoft's digital rights management system for Windows Media audio and video files, was published online late Friday. In the past year, Microsoft plugged holes exploited by two earlier versions of the program and filed a federal lawsuit against its anonymous authors.
