Political discussions are not and should not go away from the board.
So some of us get carried away, Drako sees that and repremands them. Problem solved, and some lessons learn hopefully. Life goes on...

Well, I feel out of the loop...again. I have got to get rid of this dial-up! Anyway, I don't know what happened. I don't want to know what happened. I'm going to add my 2 cents here (surprise surpise huh?  ). I know Dracko has said no to banning political and religious topics and I applaud him. The majority of us are adults (or in some cases only adults by law) and since we are so, we should be able to handle these types of discussion like mature adults. I know it's hard to do sometimes. I've gotten a bit carried myself and I've regretted it. Nothing good ever comes out of flaming but just because some members can't seem to handle it, that doesn't mean that these topics should be taken away all together. Yes, this is a Kim Possible Message Board but, it's more than that. We're a community! And, as a community, we're going to talk about things that affect our lives. Politics and Religion are one of those things. I know I don't chat much about KP any longer. Right now my interest in the show have *gasp* dwindled and moved onto Code Lyoko (as I know you all know.) Obciously there is something else here that keeps me on this board and that's the community we have...the frienship's we've made. It's a good thing! Personally I like to go into these kinds of topics. You can find out a ton about how people feel about a certain subject and why they feel that way. It's helps the rest of us become more empathetic which is something we all need to do. So, I must go now and work on some Advanced Lit stuff and prepare for the play but yeah...that's my .02. |

I mean we could come to an alternative. Someone has to have an idea, because political hurtful debates aren't gonna stop. People are gonna fight and more members are gonna be banned. I don't want that, I don't want any member to be banned.  |

I don't hate anyone, I respect their opinions wheather they are right or wrong. Now, I do sometimes go over the edge and get upset with people, but I DON'T Hate anyone.
But, if we don't find a solution other than telling people NOT to fight, then they will continue to fight. Feelings will be hurt, and people will be banned. Plain and simple.
