Well I'm better than CJS at pretty much everything, as evident by my cunning use of telepathy to come to this thread at the first mention of me, so just choose TP.

*TP's TP into a big ball of TP.*

I'm sorry, but randomly stumbling across your name as you're reading through someone else's thread does not equal telepathy.

Could you rephrase that in English? And take the fun out of the question? Nay, I canat do it. I came across some bad Norwegian words recently, and since Ninnik's not going to be back for another few days, I figured I'd share my stupidity with the only other Norwegian who could appreciate it. A lot of it seems to be Northern dialect stuff though. Is your main dialect different from that? Well I'm better than CJS at pretty much everything, as evident by my cunning use of telepathy to come to this thread at the first mention of me, so just choose TP. We could always have an epic showdown in this thread to determine who the biggest railltykje is. I'm sure it would help Dippy make a decision. ;D

I can't say I've ever heard that word before. It looks like it could possibly be a word from some dialect used further to the north.

You should prepare yourself then, as I assume that'll happen quite a lot.

New topic: What's your favorite TV show right now? Well I haven't watched a lot o TV lately. If I like I series I see on television I try getting it on DVD. But anyway, my favourite TV show right now would have to be Stargate: SG-1. I've just finished watching the ninth season. My favourite seasons are 5-8 though, as I wasn't a big fan of Apophis (the main bad guy of seasons 1-4) and I'm not completely happy about the direction the series has taken with the ninth season. I'm also interested in the new animated Star Wars series. I haven't been able to catch any episodes yet, so I'll just have to wait until that comes out on DVD as well. But hey, that means extra binus features so... I prefer to wait for the DVD, too. I don't like waiting a week (or 2 or 3 as is often the case) between episodes, and I don't like having to watch something at a certain time. I much prefer being able to watch whenever it's convenient for me. I just got the DVD's for season one of Heroes and am watching that now.

Haha, I just saw the movie tonight, and wouldn't you know I like him best as well. Now I need to get the graphic novel myself. I don't know if the movie is a perfect film-adaptation of the comic, but I know it's one of the best comic book movies I've seen. It easily ranks among the top ten.

Heroes is such a great series. My favourite characters are Hiro and Ando. I love how they interact with each other, and the two of them and their friendship in general. I finished watching season 1, and I've ordered season 2. It's really good...plenty of action, but also very intelligent. Much more gore than I expected, though. That autopsy scene... ! I like Hiro and Ando, too. Their interactions, especially in the first few episodes, remind me a little of Drakken and Shego...not in a romantic way, but the way Hiro is so excited and optimistic and trying to follow the rules of the 'genre', kind of like Drakken, and Ando is sort of sarcastic and often has a 'why am I doing this?' look on his face, kind of like Shego. I also like Niki/Jessica, although I hear they kill her off later. I have procured a copy of The Watchmen comic book to read before watching the movie. I thought that was such a good idea I did the same thing, but I haven't read it yet. I'm sure I won't get to see the movie until it comes out on DVD anyway.

Ando's the annoyed, more grumpy one though. Seriously though, I thought the second season was great. I know it got a lot of flak over there in the US, but even though the plot didn't move forward too much there was a lot of interesting character-development. I thought that was such a good idea I did the same thing, but I haven't read it yet. I'm sure I won't get to see the movie until it comes out on DVD anyway. I can't believe the movie is directed by the same guy who did 300, which is way overrated if you ask me (Horrible/clicheƩ monologues, ridiculous and over-the-top CGI effects, and plot that only works as a graphic novel). It just seemed like the movie was trying to make Spartans look like the most awesome people ever, when, in reality, they were child-sodomizing fascists. Watchmen is awesome though. I'm putting it right up there with Iron Man, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, The Incredible Hulk, Batman and Batman Returns.

For some reason I thought you had the comic. When a couple of my friends discovered I was reading the comic before watching the movie, they both said, "Don't read the comic first. You'll spoil the movie. Watch the movie, and then read the comic." It's not that hard arguing with stupid logic. I merely pointed out that watching the movie first would spoil the comic.
