Yeah, I mean, I think it's okay to be with spoilers once it's been a couple of days. It's been almost a month. Whereas I'll be careful with spoiling it for ohters for about 2 years.
So, what else should we talk about?

So, anyone else thinking 'Muhahahaha! R/Hr prevails in the end! In yo' face!"? Then again, we basically all knew they would, so it's not that much of a surprise. Meh. ZZzzZZzzz....

I wonder if Voldy's gonna get a proper burial? And if so, where?! ;D I would have thought the graveyard in Little Hangleton with the Riddles. Harry was using his real name during the final battle, and had seen Tom Riddle Snr's grave there.

I still say throw his body to the Giant Squid along with Bella.
I feel sorry for Andromeda Tonks. In the war, she lost an estranged sister, her daughter, her husband, and her son-in-law and plus, obviously she's not cool with Narcissa.
She's basically Gran Longbottom!
For some reason I like Narcissa.

So, anyone else thinking 'Muhahahaha! R/Hr prevails in the end! In yo' face!"? Actually, from the first book, and definitely after Ron walked out, I could never see them getting together for any extended amount of time. Everything I know about human behavior (and I study human behavior as a hobby) has to be tossed out the window for those two to work out. Of the people in the Potter series I could see working out, Harry and Hermione would be at the top of the list. I guess that could be one reason I wasn't a fan of the epilogue, it forced a relationship that I'm not comfortable with. I don't see it as being healthy for either party, and it also limits the imaginary processes of the readers (the future is forced upon the readers without any explination). Anywho, the one death that surprised me the most in the book was the first one, Hedgewig. I read that and went 'WTF mate?', you don't typically expect the pet to be killed and definitely not that early or brutally.

^ I agree. I really wanted Harry/Hermione to get together... Even though I don't really mind Ron and Hermione.
I am almost done the 5th book, I didn't notice how much was left out of the movie til I actually read the book. lol.

I could see Harry/Hermione working but it's something that I've never supported. And yeah, Hedwig's death was like, shocking. I think I would have been more upset is Crookshanks was killed. I love that cat for some reason.

Hermione went through enough torture as it was, loosing Crooks would have been too much IMO. Imagine the final battle, Harry facing off against old Voldy, no one is making a noise... when out of the crowd her voice screams, "You killed my cat, you had that nut case torture me, you... Sectum Sempra!" (I think that's the cutting curse, the same that lost Fred his ear). I couldn't picture her using an unforgivable, but cutting his hand off would be expected.

I haven't read the seventh book, but I have read those excerpts and I dunno-- forced? It's been building since book one. And there's no chemistry between Harry and Hermione. Ron and Hermione work out despite or maybe because of their differences. But let's not turn this is into a shipping war or anything, I'm not that into Harry Potter and I've never been in a R/Hr VS H/Hr discussion before. I can see why someone would want to ship H/Hr.

Yeah, she loves Crookshanks, and Ginny does too. He's a cute kitty who... is awesome. Plus, he's half-Kneazle, and I have a feeling he might be the cat owned by the Potters when they killed (ya never know). And it was George who lost his ear. Fred's the one that... *sobs like a widow* I'm still in mourning. Anyways, yeah, Ninnik, I've never been into the whole shipping wars things, but I've always been very staunchly Ron/Hermione (in fact, my reasoning for shipping Kim/Ron was because they reminded me of them). Going on a tangent, I've always been like, Harry's gonna be Minister of Magic by time he's like 50 years old. I guarentee it. When his kids are finished with school, he's prolly gonna be the MOM. I mean, he'd deserve it. Like Kingsley deserved it. I LOVE KINGSLEY. It's unexplainable except because to me he's Mace Windu of Harry Potter, he's the Jedi of the Wizarding World. LOL. I ought to watch Star Wars again. I'll prolly watch one while I wait for Homecoming Upset.
