The question I'm almost afraid to ask (seeing as she's pretty much disappeared after So The Drama), but is Tara too friendly? She shows interest in Ron at first, then she goes out with Josh Mankey, and by So The Drama, she's dating someone totally new! So does she just go through boys too easily, or is it her? YOU DECIDE.
Edit: modified so that the filter doesn't twist my question too much.

Well, given what I've seen in "Sink or Swim," I say she's a nice person. Just perhaps those boys she'd dated weren't for her. Also we have no idea whether those boys or her were the ones who broke off the relationship. It's possible the boys were the one who cheated on her.
We have very little to really judge what type of person Tara is.
Yet one thing is clear to me is that she's a follower than a leader. She follows what others tell her. It would explain why she and the other girls of the cheer squad (sans Kim) didn't look friendly toward Ron during his interruption of cheer practice at the beginning of "Mad Dogs & Aliens". Of course, it's possible they were just peeved for the interruption only, but it's also possible Bonnie have the entire squad wrap around her finger to do and believe what she tells them to do and this includes Tara.
So I say she's an okay gal, just she's on the naive side when it comes to making her own decisons and stuff with maybe the exception of boys, which we have no clue to exactly why she's going through boys the way she does.

One thing I noticed was the girls bathroom scene in 'Bad Boy'. The dark-haired cheerleader (name?) was just disgusted and annoyed with Ron. Tara just seemed surprised and disappointed in him. Far softer than the other cheerleader's reaction.

I'd say she's kind, she's one of my favorite characters.

Oh boy, guess some folks don't realize the filter is at work with this thread. That's all I gotta say.

I said no. Partially to be spiteful, and partially because she acts like the girls who pretend to be all sweet.

If Tara gets around, more power to her imo.

Nah, just calling her a gal who enjoys the fruits that life have to offer her. ;D Darn. I was sort of hoping Tara had a wilder side than the usual free spirit.

I see Tara as someone who uses her looks to avoid being a (bad s-word). She's beautiful and popular, and when a boy starts to think she owes him something after a few dates, she drops him and moves on to the next one. She's too much under Bonnie's influence. She wants to be everyone's friend, that's why she was drawn to Ron, but she's sort of stuck hanging with the popular crowd.

I don't think she's really under Bonnie's influence. Not once have I seen her act as... callously as Bonnie. I posed the question more as to see how loose people see her as. (And I see now that would probably have been the better term.) It just seems like she's with a new guy every episode. (Although I still have to compare the date-guy from Steal Wheels and So The Drama.)

Wow, cynical much people? Why is Tara being genuinely sweet hard to accept?
Yeah, she had a thing for Ron, but Ron never made a play for her. How is that her fault? What signs of possible reciprocations did Ron ever show?
We don't know how the relationship between Josh and Tara finally ended. Maybe Josh dumped her. Maybe she dumped him but she had a really good reason, such as he couldn't keep his eyes and/or hands off of other girls, or he just didn't treat he very well.
So Tara had a crush and two boyfriends in three years? That hardly means she gets around.
I also like how the word filter changed the meaning of the question so people are probably not voting they way they mean to.

Grin, it took me a minute. I still say she's neither very friendly nor loose nor any other euphemisism... because she's too nasty to be such.

Is Tara Loose? LOL. Awesome title. I say no though. I just think there has been certain circumstances for her having multiple boyfriends. Something kinda like what campy said.
